“THE HOLIDAY” movie May 13, 2007

 

Two thumbs up for this movie! I will definitely add this in my list of favorites. A romantic comedy that managed to keep itself from being corny. You should watch it!

Back pain =( May 13, 2007

Gosh! I’m suffering from a back pain for two days already and it’s immobilizing me grrrr. I need to take full control of how I move or else, it will surely hurt. This is my first time ever and never knew it could be this painful especially when I change position e.g, standing up to sitting or the other way. So, I am deliberately making myself catatonic for a time until my butt hurts from sitting or my head throbs from too much sleeping.

Well, GOOGLE101 made me learn that I committed a huge mistake by stretching and doing physical activities like doing the laundry and mopping the floor because I thought it would help. I did all these when I first noticed some discomfort at my back and thought it’s just like any muscle pains (pamaol). Unfortunately, it made the pain worse. Thanks to google, I somehow understand what’s going on. At least, from the info, I don’t have the alarming symptoms – praise God!…and ooopps! I need to get my butt moving even if it hurts!? ayayaaayyy! I’m so guilty of slouching and not exercising! So, this is the prize of being lazy <sigh>

Oh please! Make this pain go away soon and I promise that I will not slouch anymore and will fervently exercise (or at least stretch) huhuhu
